Full redesign of fleurancenature.fr (natural-products e-commerce since 1972) at Smile - Magento EE 1.10, Solr-to-ElasticSearch migration, 60 custom PHP modules, 1,040 PHP files, 3 websites, 8 deployment environments, ERP and CRM integrations, 13-month project.
ETL Pipeline for Real Estate Listing Syndication (alias Ligneurs)
Full ETL pipeline extracting listings from Akeneo PIM, transforming to XML, CSV and JSON, and delivering them to SeLoger, LeBonCoin, BienIci, LogicImmo... - portal-by-portal migration and continuous monitoring over 4 years.
